'Die Hard' and 'Coco' Movie Comparison

The best movie I have ever seen is called ‘Die Hard’. It is 1988 American action film directed by John McTiernan. It stars Bruce Willis and Alan Rickman as main characters. Bruce Willis comes out as a cop named John McClane who is trapped inside a skyscraper with a team of desperate terrorists. Alan Rickman plays Hans Gruber who is the leader of the terrorists and he holds some hostages. These terrorists are skilled and well-armed, but John uses his great skills to take down all the terrorists and save the hostages.

‘Coco’ is another movie which I love very much. It is a 2017 American 3D computer-animated fantasy film produced by Pixar Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures. The movie is about a boy named Miguel who wants to be a guitarist in Mexico. Miguel’s family hates music and bans music in every form. Miguel secretly plays a homemade guitar in his attic and he has hopes of becoming a real musician himself one day, no matter what his family might say. Miguel eventually receives blessing from his ancestors and family, and lives happily with music.

Despite their genre differences, both movies are exciting, creative and amazing with great actors and scenes. I think ‘Die Hard’ is such a brilliant and suspenseful film that everyone should watch. Like so many other great movies, it seems to anticipate events in the real world. Also, the director successfully presents the action scenes that sustain tension through great range of features. He uses many details and set designs which create reality. Likewise, I think ‘Coco’ well presents the authenticity through different emotions such as joy, sadness and disgust. These feelings are shown through the characters’ experiences in the movie which maximize reality and allow the audience to gain sympathy.
