Summer Vacation

Summer Vacation is a time, which students can rest, play, or recharge for school. Students can enjoy leisure time outside of school life. I spent a well-rested, unforgettable vacation. These experiences included, going on a trip, celebrating my birthday, and a summer camp.

I went on a trip to Sokcho with my family. When we arrived, I saw Sokcho-eye contentedly. It was large, and I could see the captivating beach. At the hotel, I swam at the waterpark and in the pool, in which I could see the whole Sokcho view. In addition, I ate delicious sea food, which I enjoyed so much because it is my favorite kind of food.

My Birthday is during summer vacation, which is the perfect time to celebrate. It is always during a break in summer. I spent my birthday with my family including my grandmother at the hotel this year. I was a delighted to see her, because it has been a while since I last saw her. The first thing I did at the hotel was swimming at the pool. I can say swimming is the best activity. Afterwards, I went to a restaurant and had seaweed soup and cake. They were delicious! The best part was when my family sang the birthday song to me. I was touched and felt so thankful for having such a loving family.

I went to a Summer Focus Study Camp through a class in school. The most memorable class was the water gun class. We made our own water gun through some experiments, and we played with our water guns at the school garden. After the game, I was soaked in water but felt cool. It still is one of the best memories of my summer. In addition, there were more interesting topics that I learned, such as ‘Topology’, ‘The Room Escape’, and ‘Automata’. At first, I felt lazy and exhausted because of the camp, but it was a very beneficial time looking back.

My last summer vacation was full of thrilling memories and activities. A trip to Sokcho, my birthday with the loved ones, and having a blast at the summer camp. Summer break is also a good chance to catch up with your studies, to play or rest, and to make unforgettable memories with your family and friends. I had a fantastic time over the summer break, and I think a fun summer vacation is necessary for students.
